Over dit evenement
At some point on the fertility journey, it can become difficult to hear yourself clearly.
You may find that your decisions are increasingly shaped by information, timelines, and what you feel you should be doing, rather than what actually feels right for you. Fear can start to lead the way — fear of missing something, of doing it wrong, of not doing enough — and in that process, it becomes easy to override your own needs or boundaries without even noticing it.
Where your body might be asking for rest, you keep going.
Where something doesn’t feel right, you push it aside.
Where there is a quiet knowing, it gets drowned out by everything you think you should be doing.
This 2-hour circle is an invitation to pause and turn back towards that inner voice.
Not as something abstract or unreachable, but as something that is already present in your body — even if it feels faint, or far away.
Together, we will explore where you may have overridden your own boundaries or needs, and what it would mean to begin relating to your fertility journey from a place of trust rather than fear. Through reflective writing and a guided meditation, you will be invited to reconnect with your intuitive self, and to sense what it might look like to move through this journey while staying in relationship with that part of you.
This is not about finding the “right” answers.
It is about learning how to listen again, and allowing that to guide you in a way that feels grounded, steady, and supportive.
What we’ll explore:
-Where you may have overridden your own needs or boundaries
-How fear and the need for control can disconnect you from your intuition
-What it could look like to move through your fertility journey from a place of trust
-The difference between external guidance and internal knowing
-How to begin strengthening your connection with your intuitive self

Your facilitators:
Françoise Molenaar is a women's group facilitator, fertility coach and host of the podcast 'That Fertile Feeling'. Her own fertility journey lasted for over a decade, during which time she learned the importance of surrender and trusting life to unfold on its own pace. She guided women back to their bodies and shows them how to find a bit of lightness even in the darkest of times.
Semin Suvarierol Hoen is a fertility & birth doula offers holistic support for fertility, pregnancy, and birth. She has become a mother of 2 kids, after working through her own fertility challenges. Her support focuses on (re)building the trust in the body, working through emotional blockages related to the reproductive organs, and (re)finding your creative power. Her doula support combines counseling & coaching, belly massage, and rituals around fertility and grief.
What is a women's circle:
A women's circle is a space where you can lovingly connect with other women and feel supported by a sisterhood. We facilitate the process from a feminine flow, creating space for your story, your emotions, and your being. We work from the body, allowing whatever needs to be felt to emerge. This circle is open to both beginners and those who have attended before.
Something magical happens when women come together. You naturally begin to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave the circle feeling light and recharged. Many of us have learned that being in a group of women isn’t always safe—think bullying, mean girl dynamics, or jealousy. The circle offers a space to release these old wounds and experience the deep healing that comes from connecting with other women who are on a similar journey.
PLEASE NOTE that you are also cordially invited to the book presentation of the book co-written by Semin - The Shamanic River of Life: A Journey into Siberian Shamanism that will take place between 15:30-17:30 at Blije Boeddha Yoga. RSVP required via:
