4 years ago I was sitting on my bed with tears in my eyes.

My marriage was falling apart.

One sentence my wife had said kept playing in my head:

“I feel unsafe with you. Why can't you just be there for me?”

I couldn't understand it.

How could she feel unsafe with me? I'm such a lovable and sweet guy.

It took me years to realize something painful:

I had never truly listened to her.

I listened to reply.
To explain myself.
To defend myself.
To help.
To fix.

But not really to connect.

So I started practicing.

With my wife. My friends. My kids. Anyone who would let me 😅

And slowly, something changed.

Eventually my wife told me:

“I don't know what you did, but something really changed. After so long, I again look forward to coming home to you.”

We still have ups and downs, but that's one of the reasons this workshop exists.

Just Listen is donation-based.

You pay €10 to reserve your place. It gives you some skin in the game and helps prevent empty spots.

€35 is the suggested total contribution, but give whatever feels right after the session (you can do through a QR-code or cash)
