Deeply Human is a series of evenings that explore different practices for becoming more present, authentic, and connected. Each edition offers a unique experience while sharing the same intention: creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and remember what it feels like to be deeply human.

Which voices are alive within you? What if we decided to slow down and speak them?

Voice Dialogue is a method developed in the early 1970s by Hal and Sidra Stone. It is grounded in the Psychology of Selves, which holds that we're not one unified "I" but a community of subpersonalities, or "selves", each with its own voice, values, and way of seeing the world.

In this edition of Deeply Human, we'll explore these inner voices together. We'll create a space where you can slow down, step into the parts that feel most alive in you right now, and literally speak as them.

You might recognize some of yours already: the Pusher who keeps you productive at all costs, the Inner Critic who points out every flaw before anyone else can, the Vulnerable Child who just wants to be held, or the Protector/Controller who keeps things safe by keeping things managed.

By giving these parts room to expres themselves, we get to hear their energy, their perspective, and the message they're carrying.
Often a part that seems purely difficult (like the Critic) turns out to be protecting something tender (like a fear of failure or rejection). From that place of awareness, something can shift. More choice, more freedom, and integration becomes availlable.
