Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

Over dit evenement

What if, for 90 minutes, you didn't have to achieve anything?
No rushing.
No fixing.
No performing.
No trying to be productive.
Just space to pause, soften and come back to yourself.

Why Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing?
Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, is a deeply restful guided practice that invites the body to relax while the mind gradually becomes quieter and more spacious.

We'll then immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, allowing the sounds to accompany you deeper into stillness and rest.

You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
And you don't need to be “good” at relaxing.
You simply need to arrive.

This experience is for you if...
•You feel like your mind is constantly switched on.
•You have been giving a lot of yourself to work, family, relationships or everyday responsibilities.
•You are craving a moment away from screens, noise and stimulation.
•You want to reconnect with your body rather than staying in your head all day.

Or perhaps you simply feel the quiet pull of:
“I need a moment for myself.”

There is nothing you need to accomplish during this session.
Come as you are. Rest as you are.
Bring yourself and your willingness to slow down.

Your only invitation is to arrive.
You don't have to do anything.
Just let yourself be.
