Desire, Pleasure & Eros | Tantra Yoga

What if your desires are trying to tell you something?

In this Free Tantra Yoga event, we explore the realm of the Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana), the level of consciousness connected to desire, pleasure, emotions, intimacy, creativity, and human connection.

Many of us spend our lives either chasing desires or suppressing them. Tantra offers another perspective: desires as a source of information. A doorway towards deeper needs, greater awareness, and a more authentic relationship with others and ourselves.

We will also introduce the erotic dimension of Tantra, one of the most fascinating and misunderstood aspects of the tradition. You will learn how erotic energy can be approached consciously, not merely as sexuality, but as a powerful force connected to creativity, intimacy, and personal growth.

Clothes remain on at all times. This is an educational and experiential course that provides insights and practices you can continue exploring in your own life.
