Winter can feel awful. After the holidays, after the long dark January, February arrives and you may find your body and yoga practice have become heavy, sluggish, dull, stagnant, depleted, and even restless.

This weekend is your reset.

Winter Reset is a two-day gathering designed to meet and uplift you exactly where you are. We will fortify through somatic strength work, a slow flow practice that builds power from the inside out. We will inspire through guided creative visioning. And we will embody through Restorative practice that brings the brain, the belly, and the heart into energetic alignment.

Here's how we'll spend our two days together:

Somatic Strength: build a foundation of power and resilience

Slow Flow: move with intention, connecting with your breath

Restorative Yoga: support your nervous system in deep, nourishing silence

Creative visioning: reconnect with what matters through guided writing practice

Community: enjoy the warmth of a room full of yogis

This weekend is especially powerful for yoga teachers and caregivers, those who hold space for others and rarely make time to be held themselves.
