Movement helps me find fluidity when I feel rigid, stuck, misaligned. In my body, or in my attitudes, expectations, roles and forms I inhabit. Movement helps me shift between different states and bring vitality and joy with me.

At the beginning of new season I specially feel how I need to dance - I feel lots of resistance to restart "regular" life and routines, it was more natural to be me under the Dalmatian sun. Maybe You as well feel this shift after travel, or starting a school year, or simply after prolonged time of no dance?

And maybe you danced every day, with yourself and others, and go with ease through shifts. Then come and enjoy, we all have a dance to dance, dance that no one else can do but You!

5Rhythms dance sessions are guided movement experience, journey through music waves in which we take time we take to rediscover unity of our mind, body and emotional landscapes. We call in curiosity to explore how these parts play with each other, play with others, and create unified dance of support, trust and safety. Dance in which we practice being real and vulnerable, being playful and spiritual, being together and on our own.
