Healing Breath & Sound

Over dit evenement

Join Melina & Jessi for an immersive journey through conscious breathwork and healing sounds — a space for release, connection and inner transformation.

Guided through a powerful 3-Part Breath, the practice opens the body and creates access to deeper layers of the subconscious. Carefully attuned instruments accompany the breath, weaving a soundscape that allows the mind to soften and enter a deeply meditative state.

Through breath and sound, stored tension may be released, old patterns can begin to shift, and new space for clarity, balance and connection can emerge.

The session closes with an extended, nurturing sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body to integrate the experience and rest in deep relaxation.
