For the first time in Amsterdam:
Contact Improvisation Workshop & Jam with Alon Ritter

🌀 What becomes possible when we stop trying to know where the dance is going?

Through touch, weight, listening, and connection, we explore how safety and co-regulation can open the door to something deeper.

When we feel enough support and connection, can we allow the body to soften its habitual patterns and let something less conscious, less planned, and more instinctive emerge?

🌊 We follow the never-ending dance of co-regulation — sensing, responding, moving closer, moving away, finding support, losing it, and finding it again.

From this shared ground, we venture towards the unknown, allowing the dance to become less about knowing what comes next and more about discovering what is already emerging between us.

A Contact Improvisation exploration of touch, connection, safety, presence, and the unconscious intelligence of the body.

Open to all levels.
