Yin & Nidra Yoga On The Beach

Over dit evenement

Winding down and fully relax your body and mind before going to bed.
With a gentle Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice on the beach.

Let yourself soften in the postures while listening to the sound of the waves, feeling the soft sand beneath you. and hearing the wind moving through the trees.

A moment for yourself to slow down, connect deeper with your body and turn inward.
