Bliss Breath & Sound: Ecstatic Trance Postures

Over dit evenement

Through conscious connected breath, a sound journey, and gentle somatic support, you will be invited to travel the non-ordinary. You are invited to fully embody... bliss!

Bliss Breathwork...
✨ Invites fresh energy & abundance
✨ Anchors you fully in the perfect, precious present NOW
✨ Refreshes your natural energy
✨ Deepens your connection to Source

With each inhale and exhale, soften into your body, awaken curiosity, and release what no longer serves.
For this special gathering, we will also explore Ecstatic Trance Postures, ancient ritual body postures used by cultures around the world for thousands of years to expand awareness and access visionary states. Combined with conscious breath and rhythmic sound, these intentional postures create a unique state where deep relaxation and heightened presence exist together, inviting what many describe as a "waking dream."

This gentle practice works with the innate intelligence of the body and nervous system, making it a supportive practice for the powerful energies of the eclipse, as well as a simple embodied tool you can return to in everyday life whenever you wish to reconnect with your intuition, inner guidance, and the deeper wisdom already within you.

After our breathwork and posture practice, the evening will gently settle into a crysta sound bath. A spacious invitation for deep integration, rest, and renewal.

Guided by Mishka Ma, a devoted space holder and ceremonialist with over a decade of experience in facilitation and embodied teaching.
