Contact Improvisation boutique workshop

Over dit evenement

✨ The Fun-damentals of Flying ✨

I’m very excited to invite you to a boutique Contact Improvisation workshop focused on pelvis lifts 🌱

In an intimate group of only 6 participants, we will dive into a 3-hour exploration of the magical world of flying through connection, trust, and embodied awareness 🌀

Together, we will unravel the techniques that support effortless lifts, safe weight-sharing, and the feeling of being carried and flying together 🕊️

Along the way, we will discover poetic secrets, playful possibilities, and create space for all the questions and curiosities you bring ✨

Whether you are taking your first steps into Contact Improvisation, or an experienced mover who wants to deepen your technical understanding and refine your skills — this workshop is for you. ✨

💶 Cost: 30€
