🌀 Core-to-Core Relationship

We will research the magical secrets of staying connected with our core, especially our pelvis, and how this connection becomes a fascinating language for shifting weight and relating through movement.

Through a gentle dialogue of listening, giving, receiving, and responding, we will explore how the pelvis can guide movement with clarity, softness, and playfulness.

Rather than relying on force or effort, we will cultivate an embodied connection that allows movement to emerge naturally between partners. Through somatic explorations, improvisation, and Contact Improvisation principles, we will deepen our awareness of the centre as a living place of communication.

Together, we will discover new possibilities for balance, support, fluidity, and shared movement.

! No partner nighter experience needed !

After the workshop, we will continue exploring together in a two-hour open jam.
