Mixed Circle: Finding Safety in Each Other

A new collaboration continues: a space where men and women come together in circle to explore the themes that shape us all.

This edition, we’ll be exploring Safety in Connection Between Genders, creating a space where men and women can meet one another with openness, curiosity and presence.

What allows us to truly feel safe with one another? What helps us feel seen, heard and respected? And how do our experiences, assumptions and expectations shape the way we connect across genders?

Through open conversations, reflection, embodied practices and shared experiences, we’ll explore what it means to see and be seen, listen beyond our assumptions, and create genuine connection.

As Rumi beautifully puts it:

“Out beyond ideas of wrong and right, there is a field. I will meet you there.” 🌿

This circle is an invitation to move beyond separation and explore what becomes possible when we approach one another with curiosity rather than judgment. There is no expectation to have the “right” answers, only an invitation to listen deeply, share authentically and remain open to different experiences.

Together, we may explore themes such as relationships, communication, vulnerability, trust, boundaries, expectations and the ways we experience safety and connection with one another.

This Mixed Circle is created in collaboration with The Orion Project, a men’s circle, and will be guided by Dragos Radu and Karen Sarev.

📍 Studio 108, Amsterdam

Please arrive by 13:45, so we can begin promptly at 14:00. Respecting each other’s time is part of honoring the space we create.

Feel free to stay longer afterwards to connect, share and enjoy snacks together.
