Cacao Truffel Ceremony with Marjolein, where the healing practices of yoga nidra and restorative yoga are combined with these incredible natural healers.

While holding poses for longer periods of time while being fully supported by many, many props, you get to dream away as you listen to yoga nidra story telling. As the body and the mind will enter deep states of relaxation, the heart opening cacao and mind broadening truffles will allow you to deepen the experience even more. While all the props will do the work for you, all you have to do is allow yourself to surrender to the moment, to just be. To be held and carried, as Marjolein's soothing voice and intuitive guidance will be there to hold on to: you get to journey to a place of inner peace.

During these 3,5 hour sessions, suitable for everyone, slowness is everything. There will be a beautiful buildup in the sequence of the poses, where most poses will already feel like you are taking a heavenly nap, but we will finish the journey with an extra long savasana. Restorative yoga style of course! Next to that, elements like reiki touch, aromatherapy and sound will be added, to make it an unforgettable experience. Some snack will be waiting for you, to ground before floating back into the city.
