Free introductary evening Leven in je lijf

Over dit evenement

A free introductary evening for Leven in je Lijf. The course will start September 24th.

Your body has a language. Come and learn to listen.
- Do you often feel overwhelmed and long for more space and quiet?
- Do you want more connection with yourself and with others?
- Do you find it hard to sense your boundaries or to speak up for them?
- Do you want more energy and ease in your daily life?

In this body-oriented training, we explore how tension, energy and emotions move through you. Not by talking about what's going on, but by experiencing it - through movement, breathwork and connection with others in the group.

No experience needed. Just curiosity. The training language is English (not required to speak it fluently)

Facilitated by Sanne Eijken and Sharon Goldfarb.
