"If you can Speak, you can Sing!" with Tritha
Naad Yoga - Yoga of Sound Workshop

(For people interested in opening their Voice)

In this workshop, we will open and connect with our vocal cords - our own source of sound in body. We will understand the importance of listening and open up these precious awareness tools that we have: the voice and the ear. Meditate through silence, sounds of nature and music of the Tibetan bowl and activate our vocal cords.

Learn ancient Indian sound techniques to sing with improved Breathing, Dynamic & Hammering exercises to strengthen the vocal cords. Trained in Indian classical music for 3 decades. With Tritha's voice coaching techniques, you will learn to sing better than you do right now!

Time to explore our hidden singing talents!
