A two-hour Yoga & Cacao Ceremony to slow down, step out of your busy mind and reconnect with your body and yourself.

Each ceremony is centered around a different theme, such as letting go, boundaries, trust or connection. Through ceremonial cacao, Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork, inquiry and Yoga Nidra, you are gently invited to explore the theme through your own body, feelings and experience.

We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao. You will learn more about cacao, its origins, qualities and how it can be used as a mindful ritual to support deeper connection with yourself.

From there, gentle Yin Yoga and breathwork invite you to soften and move out of your head and into your body. Inquiry and self-reflection create space to pause, feel and listen to what is present for you.
Yoga Nidra: the deepest meditative guided practice that brings the body into profound rest and resets the nervous system

There is nothing to achieve and no experience is needed.
