✧ CONSTELLATIONS ✧
Have you heard of Family Constellations?
Bert Hellinger brought this extraordinary work into the world , though I don’t like to call it a “method.” It’s not something you do; it’s something you enter.
Like millions of others, I have studied and practice this deeply, for good reason. because it is amazing way to play with multiple dimensions and layers at the same time.
In simple words, a constellation is a reflection, representation of your inner world.
Sounds a little abstract? I get it.
But really, everything in life is a reflection
and with constellations, we simply make the invisible visible.
✧ WHAT TO EXPECT ✧
During a session, we dive into an (invisible) toolbox I will bring with me:
filled with somatic tool, relational coaching, systemic therapy, psychosocial studies, energy-ligt work, and some tools I received during the way in this life;)
But the real magic?
Beyond all the techniques, I follow intuition and your energy, and the downloads or channelings that come through in the moment.
Together, we create a unique playground for the soul a multidimensional field that invites your higher self, your past, your future, and the version of you that already knows where you’re going. (And yes, this adds even more wholeness to your experience.)
✧ THE SESSION ✧
We begin by clearing the mind and grounding the body through breathwork, meditation, or energetic resetting (sometimes using reiki or lemniscate work to regulate the vagus nerve).
What we do depends entirely on what your system needs at that moment.
Then we name your question or theme and… hop...we enter the field!
Everything that arises mirrors something about you and the deeper dynamics that are ready to be seen.
You might come in with a family or relationship issue and end up meeting a completely different part of yourself, mostly that part is the one that dissolves the original problem without effort.
We always close with anchoring and integration,
so your nervous system can hold the shift of remembering and your awareness can carry it into daily life.
✧ SOUL CHECK-UP ✧
Constellations are often used for trauma healing or family dynamics, and that’s true but the way I see it, a constellation is more like a Soul Check-Up (an APK for your spirit).
It’s a moment to pause, recalibrate, and remember the direction your consciousness truly wants to face.
Yes, deep themes may arise and also chances are, you’ve already done a lot of inner work.
That’s exactly why you’re reading this now.
Your soul is guiding you now:
“It’s time to look again.”

I say this not to be exclusive, it’s because alignment truly matters.
When we match, (whether it’s a soul contract,
a moment of resonance, or a one-day-only meeting in life) the process & the remembering of your power becomes effortless, deep, and naturally aligned.
That’s why I work, in the mentorships and private sessions I offer, with souls who dance on the same radio station. (And if you’ve made it all the way here… you can probably already feel-read-tune the frequency we're on during the session😉)
If words like awakening or energy field make you want to ask ChatGTP first, or if you prefer a very slow -on repeat- background song without activations in every chorus… then we might not (yet) be a perfect match 😉
☉ PRACTICAL DETAILS
📍 Location: The Yoniflow: private boat in the Harbour (Lithoijen / Oss area) or (Belgium, surrounded in nature).
Duration: ± 2.5 hours
Without consent advice: give yourself an extra half hour after the session: go for a walk by the Maas, breathe, let nature integrate the session with you.
Spoken Languages: Love, Light & Body Language and of course Dutch & English (currently learning Spanish… pero yo no le sé...
advice is to don't trust me with this language yet, I guess will call your father a piece of paper in the middle of the session 😅)

✧ OPSTELLINGEN ✧
Ken je familieopstellingen?
Bert Hellinger bracht deze geweldige methode de wereld in al noem ik het liever geen “methode”, want net als ik hebben miljoenen anderen hier voor gestudeerd. En met reden.
Kort gezegd is een opstelling een ruimtelijke weergave van jouw innerlijke situatie.
Klinkt een beetje vaag? Snap ik.
Maar eigenlijk is alles een reflectie en met opstellingen maken we het onzichtbare zichtbaar.
✧ WAT KUN JE VERWACHTEN? ✧
Tijdens een sessie duiken we in mijn (onzichtbare) gereedschapskist vol wijsheid:
coaching, systemisch werk, systeemtherapie, psychosociale studies, energiewerk en lichtwerk.
De echte magie?
Naast al die krachtige tools vaar ik volledig op intuïtie, jouw energie en de downloads of channelings die ik op dat moment ontvang.
Samen creëren we een uniek speelveld op alle lagen van bewustzijn en ruimte voor je higher self (believe me, dit geeft nog meer wholeness aan je sessie), je verleden, toekomst of dat deel van jou dat al weet waar je heen wilt.
✧ DE SESSIE ✧
We beginnen met het leegmaken van je hoofd bijvoorbeeld via ademhaling, meditatie of energetisch werk (zoals reiki of lemniscate-werk om je nervus vagus te resetten).
Wat we doen, hangt af van wat jouw systeem op dat moment nodig heeft.
Daarna bespreken we kort je vraag of thema en... hop ... we stappen het veld in!
Alles wat we daar tegenkomen weerspiegelt iets van jou en de thema’s die gezien willen worden.
Je zult niet de eerste zijn die binnenkomt met een gezinsdilemma en eindigt met een ontmoeting met een totaal ander deel van zichzelf , waarna het oorspronkelijke dilemma gewoon oplost.
We sluiten altijd af met verankering en integratie, zodat jouw nervous system de verschuiving kan dragen en je het nieuwe bewustzijn kunt meenemen in je dagelijks leven.
✧ APK VOOR DE SOUL ✧
Opstellingen worden vaak ingezet bij trauma’s of familiehealings en dat klopt EN hoe ik het zie is dat een opstelling sessie eigenlijk een APK is voor de ziel:
een moment om stil te staan, te herkalibreren,
en te herinneren welke kant jouw bewustzijn op wil kijken.
En Ja, er worden vaak diepe thema’s geraakt en waarschijnlijk heb jij al veel innerlijk werk gedaan.
Dat is precies waarom je deze tekst nu leest en weet dat je soul vraagt om... (let's find out met de soul opstelling!).

Ik zeg dit niet om exclusief te zijn,
maar omdat afstemming echt belangrijk is.
Wanneer we matchen
