Hi, my name is Ines. My background is in business, training and facilitation. I serve as a trusted confidant to startup founders and business leaders. I’m passionate about helping organisations build strong, high-performing cultures and teams. With experience across the Middle East, Europe and, having lived in seven countries on two continents, I brings a global perspective and a deep ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Alongside my business background, I've always been naturally intuitive. In my adult life, I've leaned into exploring and developing that side of myself, training with Kanina Wolff of Your Natural Self (London) in Intermediate and Advanced Psychic & Spiritual Development. The training, combined with my lived and professional experience, shapes a way of working that is both grounded and deeply human.
My interest is in supporting individuals experience burnout and overwhelm, especially during major life transitions such as career changes, business challenges, relocating to a new country, navigating relationship shifts, identity changes, job loss, rebuilding self-worth and confidence and learning to trust your own instincts and abilities again.
