Newman Francis has traveled all the way to share the roots of Traditional African dance—bringing you a rich experience of traditional moves, history, and storytelling from Ghana.

Newman Francis is a world-class choreographer, performer, and teacher, with years of experience teaching over 20 schools in Ghana.

Notes:
- The workshop will be given in English but dance is a universal language! <3
- Afterwards we stay for a little drink and we have Q&A, please feel welcome to stay afterwards and ask your questions or share your thoughts and feelings.
- If we don't have enough registrations, we will have to consider whether the event can go ahead—this is due to travel costs and so.
- Share this event with others, sharing is caring.
- Open for EVERY level, every age, literally everyone is welcome.
- As it is a charity event, you can choose which ticket you buy. Normal price is 20,-. You can buy a donation ticket (you can chose your amount) which will be donated to the dance community of Accra in Ghana.
- Newman doesn't have his drummers with him who can play the rhythms, but he sound-recorded everything!
- With sun we dance on the big field. With rain we dance in the music dome @ oosterpark.
