What is Tantra?

Tantra is an ancient Eastern tradition in which sexual or life energy plays a central role. Tantra is about life itself, about being fully present in the here and now with everything that is. By saying “yes” to what is present, more life energy begins to flow and you are able to flourish more fully.

For those who:
* identify as man and want to be challenged.
* wish to connect with themselves and other men in a conscious, profound, and playful way.
* want to become acquainted with Tantra or further integrate it into their daily lives.
* want to connect more deeply with what is alive within them in an embodied way.

What you can expect:

* A program consisting of five core elements: meditation, bodywork, dance, tantric practices, and touch. The content varies each time and every evening has a different theme.
* Tantric exploration in which breath, movement, sound, and touch are important tools for helping you reconnect with your natural, feeling state of Being.
* Various exercises and practices that help you develop an attitude of friendly curiosity, both in the relationship with yourself as well as in connection with others.
* During our evenings, we invite you to connect more deeply with your sexual and life energy, though not to engage in sexual activity.

We offer three pricing options. (The guideline for average income is €40,000 gross per year.)

Multi-session pass: Attend five times within one year and pay €190 instead of €225.

We always reserve two tickets for those with a lower income; in consultation, you pay what is possible for you.

About Us
Patrick van Vught

As a Tantra facilitator, I work in a gentle, playful, and intuitive way. I invite you to connect more deeply with your body, your emotions, and your sexuality, thereby creating space for a more fulfilling and authentic life. Movement and touch are important elements in this process.

In addition to increasing awareness around stagnation, resistance, and limiting beliefs, I provide tools and practical guidance to deepen and maintain not only the relationship with yourself but also with others.

I am a loving, life-affirming, and creative person with many years of experience in Tantra, existential orientation, inner child work, systemic work, and embodiment practices. The knowledge, experience, and insights I have gained enable me to guide others through transformative processes.

Alongside facilitating trainings, I also run my own practice in Amsterdam as a body-oriented and existentially oriented coach and therapist.

Sebastiaan van Tongeren

The insights and profound wisdom from the Tantric tradition, as I came to know them through Gay Tantra, serve as an important compass in my daily life, helping me to truly Be: resting in loving presence and remaining curious about what life wants to unfold.

I derive great satisfaction from working with groups and witnessing the results this can bring: happy people standing in their own power.

For both my personal and professional development as a coach, teacher, and trainer in education, I have completed various trainings in meditation, coaching, and bodywork over the years. The Gay Tantra year trainings hold a particularly special place in my heart.

Since 2018, I have practiced the Chinese movement art Chi Neng Qigong and am currently completing the instructor training at the Chineng Institute. The wisdom and experience gained through this training also inform the workshops I facilitate within Gay Tantra.

In addition to working as Tantra facilitators, we regularly assist in the trainings of Fred van der Meer and Conrad Heipke. For us, this continues to be a wonderful opportunity for learning and growth.
