Journey: 5Rhythms movement sessions

Over dit evenement

Last dance before the Summer!
Lightly led, all of my favorite music, let's make it special "greatest-hits" edition.

5Rhythms, less words - more co-creation. Going into Summer in style.

❤ Mia

5Rhythms dance sessions are guided movement experience, journey through music waves in which we take time we take to rediscover unity of our mind, body and emotional landscapes. Dance in which we practice being real and vulnerable, being playful and spiritual, being together and on our own.
