Gaasperplas morning Swim & Yoga

Over dit evenement

Every morning at 0700 am we start our morning swim at the Gaasperplas lake, starting 1st of may until the 30th of September. If the water is still cold we do some extra breathing exercises before entering the water.
After that we do some active Yoga stretches and we end with some Yin stretches, a self massage and a bodyscan meditation.
De yoga les is donation based
Feel free to bring your own yogithee or coffee to share afterwards.

Yoga clases are on the donation based principles.
