Mantra Nights Kirtan Amsterdam - Weekly Summer Series

Over dit evenement

Hi my name is Lola and this summer I'll be hosting weekly Mantra Nights at Sukha Yoga in Amsterdam.
It's a space to unwind, sing together, reconnect and just chill down.
No need to “be spiritual”, sing beautifully or know what mantra even is.
We'll be singing the beautiful music from the Kundalini Yoga tradition; uplifting mantras to boost your week.

You can sing along, listen quietly, drink tea afterwards, meet people, or simply let the music wash over you after a long day.

We’ll keep it relaxed, warm and human.

Every Wednesday evening starting June 17th 💛
Would love to have you there.
