This season is governed by the Lungs and Large Intestine, focusing on the themes of releasing and returning to our inner value. As the air turns crisp and the leaves fall, this ceremony offers an opportunity to breathe into the spaces we often overlook. Supported by the truffles' ability to soften our mental boundaries, we practice Yin postures that attune our bodies to the season, allowing us to release tension, mental clutter or emotional stagnation and find the "precious metal" or clarity that resides within our essence.

Imagine taking your yin yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level — one that not only soothes your body but also unlocks profound pathways for inner growth and self-discovery. With Merel’s gentle guidance and live music, this yin & truffle ceremony lets you journey deeper inside yourself, reconnect and renew.
