Truffle Ceremony Inner Clarity: Truffles, Breath, Yin Yoga, Crystal Sound & Live Music

By mid-October, the energy of nature is visibly contracting. We are moving into the season of the Metal element, a time of refinement, discernment and letting go. Just as the trees shed their leaves to pull their energy back into their essence, we are invited to release attachments and mental clutter. The truffles support us in this seasonal release, reminding us of what is truly precious in our lives. With deepening breathwork and long-held Yin poses, we clear the Lungs (related to Autumn and the Metal element), creating space for new inspiration and finding beauty in the simplicity of being.

Imagine taking your yin yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level — one that not only soothes your body but also unlocks profound pathways for inner growth and self-discovery. With Merel’s gentle guidance and live music, this yin & truffle ceremony lets you journey deeper inside yourself, reconnect and renew. Together with the enhancement of a truffle mini-dose, the yin practice evolves into something truly transformative.

The truffles help widen your mind’s doors of perception, inviting insight and understanding. This allows you to feel deeper into your body during the extra long yin yoga practice. In your own sensitized presence, your body can release and relax deeply, open meridian lines and activate its self-balancing capacity. The yin practice is supplemented with mantra and breathwork, to attune body and mind to the gifts of the truffles and to your own beautiful nature.
