Friday Rhythms Special edition!

Over dit evenement

Friday Rhythms Special edition!
Step out of your head and into your body.

Friday Rhythms Special edition is an evening of dancing and singing to your favorite “bangers” releasing the stress of the week, reconnect with yourself and having fun together!

It is not about perfect moves or performance it’s about having fun and feeling the liberation that movement brings.

For about 45 minutes, we’ll dance and sing together to our playlist until the music softens and we settle into stillness, giving space to whatever your body truly needs.

Afterwards, there might be some time to chat & share a cup of tea, celebrating connection, presence, and the joy of the weekend beginning.
The doors will close at 21:00.

Allow yourself to feel the freedom.
Get moving and let Friday Rhythms carry you into your weekend with positive energy, and joy.

Can’t wait to see you there!
