Over dit evenement
Brotherhood Lab, our one-day workshop for men.
A lot of men will tell you they’re fine. Sure. But if you slow down for a second, where do you notice yourself looping, avoiding, clenching up?
Where are you playing small, and what keeps getting pushed to “later”?
Brotherhood Lab rests on a straightforward premise: the man you want to be isn’t out there somewhere, he’s already in you. The way toward him usually runs straight through the places you’d prefer to skip. Trying to face that by yourself can feel brutal. In a room with other men who are doing the same thing, it changes, it gets real, and it gets doable.
What we’ll do
Expect a mix: movement and stillness, breath and silence, direct conversation without dressing things up. We’ll zoom in on what’s jammed in your life right now, not in theory, in detail. We’ll also come face to face with the version of you you’re afraid of becoming, then take an honest look at how close he already is. The focus won’t be on clever plans or self-improvement tactics. We’ll work from needs, not strategies, and translate what you’ve been craving into something concrete you can carry back into your life.
You’ll walk out with clearer contact with your core needs, plus the kind of brotherhood most men don’t realize they’ve been missing.
What you can expect
Brotherhood, warmth, and real challenge. Movement, shadow work, NVC-informed practices, breathwork, and unfiltered dialogue. Everything held inside a clean, explicit container, safety, consent, and clear boundaries. No spiritual overlay, no pressure to have a certain emotional experience. Just the work, done together, with other men.
Please note: If you struggle with group size or if it is uncomfortable for you to be with people. Or if you are sensitive to touch, sound, music or smell. Then this is not for you. Request a 1 on 1 session with us instead.

Olivier and Nico. Friends for years where everything is welcome, including the hard conversations and the repair afterwards. We want change in the world. And fun. That's where Brotherhood Lab comes from.
Nico is a teacher and workshop facilitator in Amsterdam. Brings movement, play, shadow, and the kind of openness that makes people feel they can actually say what's true.
Olivier is a Relational Intelligence Therapist (IFS, Attachment Theory, Nervous System) rooted in NVC practice. Brings the slow, careful, deeply-listening end of the room.
