Special Women's Cacao Ceremony: Capricorn & Winter Solstice with Ella

On December 20 we celebrate both the start of Winter and Capricorn season. A beautiful moment to come together as a group of women to honor the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, and the quiet return of the light. Since ancient times, this moment has been celebrated as a sacred turning point — a time to slow down, look back, and gather wisdom for the journey ahead. The female archetype connected to this zodiac is the Wise Woman — She is the grandmother, deeply connected to her inner and ancient wisdom. She is responsible, focused, and grounded, taking quiet pride in what she has built. She values structure and recognition for her hard work, and is committed to building a sustainable world — for herself, her loved ones, and the generations to come.

During this afternoon ceremony we will work with both the energy of the Winter Solstice and the Wise Woman archetype. Through a cup of ceremonial cacao, we will sit with the darkness, listen to the wisdom that lives within us, and honor the lineage of women who came before. As the light slowly begins to return, we will reflect on the year that has been, give thanks for what we have built, and quietly plant the seeds of intention for the year ahead.
