Women's Ceremony: Cancer & Solstice with Ella

On June 20 we celebrate both the start of Summer and Cancer season. A beautiful moment to come together as a group of women to honor the transition into a new season and the peak of light during Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Since ancient times, this moment has been celebrated as a time of warmth, abundance, and togetherness. The female archetype connected to this zodiac is the Nurturing Mother — She is deeply connected to her family and chosen family. She holds the circle, the home, and the community together. She is a natural giver, guided by empathy and emotional wisdom, and considers not only the present moment but also the generations to come.

During this ceremony we will work with both the energy of Summer Solstice and the Nurturing Mother archetype. We will celebrate the light within and around us, connect with our emotions, and honor community and belonging. As part of the ritual, we will create flower crowns together — an ancient symbol of fertility, abundance, and the beauty of the season.
