Freedom: 5Rhythms movement sessions

Over dit evenement

Exploring the freedom in our movement this month. Freedom within the structure, or even more - what is the structure teaching me about freedom? What is flow teaching me about freeing my feet, what is a staccato lesson about allowing beat in my hips, chaos about surrender, lyrical about lightness...ultimately can I lend into freedom of being in stillness?

Bring your curiosity, your beliefs, expectations, hopes - and let's give it all a good shake!

See you on a dance floor! ShowUP!

❤ Mia
