Healing Breath & Sound

Over dit evenement

A deep and immersive experience with Melina & Jessi, combining conscious Breath work and sound, inviting you into a space of release and inner transformation.

Guided through a 3-part breath, the practice opens the body and allows you to connect with deeper layers of your subconscious.

Carefully attuned instruments accompany the session, supporting the breath and creating a soundscape that leads the mind into a deeply meditative, trance-like state.

This practice supports the release of stored tension, letting go of old patterns and creating space for clarity and balance.

The session concludes with an extended, nurturing sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body to integrate and rest in deep relaxation.
