✨ We invite you to our Breathwork with Microdose CacaoBliss Ceremony, on Friday, June 12th from 11:00–14:00 in the Yogashala @ Cortijo Benisiete in Orgiva 🌸

This ceremony takes place in a small group of maximum 8 people, allowing for extra guidance and personal attention where needed.

To help you fully surrender, we begin the journey with an exercise to release tension before starting the guided Breathwork Journey with Microdose CacaoBliss.

It is vulnerable to surrender to our inner world and emotions. We support you in this process through breathing techniques, loving touch such as reiki, healing sounds and music.

✨ What is CacaoBliss?

CacaoBliss consists of:

1. Raw cacao — heart-opening and connecting
2. Golden Teacher mushrooms — helping to expand perspective and create new neurological connections
3. Caapi — offering an extra deep and cosmic dimension to the medicine. Caapi is an MAO inhibitor and one of the ingredients traditionally used in Grandmother Aya. This ceremony includes a gentle microdose of Caapi.

CacaoBliss is a beautiful and accessible medicine that can bring deep healing, memories, insights, and the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, your heart, body, and inner world. Through this process, old emotions and patterns may be recognized, processed and released, while new insights and perspectives can arise.

After a Breathwork Ceremony with CacaoBliss, you may experience:

The ceremony itself lasts approximately 3 hours. We also take time beforehand to settle into the space, arrive fully, and create a sense of safety and connection. Afterwards, there will be space to share, enjoy fruit together and gently land with music.
