Yin Yoga & Biofield Tuning

Living in Tune
Crown Chakra

✨ Ever feel like you're chasing time instead of flowing with it?

When we’re out of sync with time, life feels rushed and fragmented. But when we’re in tune, moments align effortlessly and we feel peaceful, open, and connected.

This sense of harmony is linked to the Crown Chakra, our bridge to something greater than ourselves. It’s where we access spaciousness, clarity, and unity beyond thought, beyond story.

In Yin Yoga, we slow down and drop into stillness. With Biofield Tuning, we use sound of tuning forks to gently clear and harmonize the crown, helping you align with the rhythm of nature and your own deeper knowing.

✨ What shifts when you stop trying to control time and simply live in tune?

Join us to recalibrate the crown and return to the spacious flow of being.
