June topic: self sabotage 💫

What part of me is preventing me from moving forward?
What if self-sabotage was actually my ally?
And what does it actually need?

Every 3rd Thursday we meet for a thematic personal development session online.
Combining different techniques (from somatic work to creative processes, elements from systemic coaching and constructive rest), we'll dive into a different theme each time.

🧠 Self-sabotage doesn't exist. I read this sentence in a book called "the mountain is you" by Brianna Wiest. And I agree. What we call self-sabotage might just be a part of us tight to an old version of ourselves, a promise made out of loyalty, or bound to a subconscious need or desire.
