What if you could sit down, slow down, and write a letter to the child you once were? The one who still carries so much wisdom. The one who might need to hear that they are — and always were — enough.

In this intimate writing workshop for women, guided by Andjela and Ella, we explore the connection between our past and present selves through guided writing exercises, childhood photographs, and ceremonial cacao. Together, we open our hearts and write a love letter to the child within us.

No prior writing experience is needed.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫:
We open with a guided meditation and ceremonial cacao, held by Ella — creating a warm, soft container to land in. Then, Andjela guides us through a series of writing exercises designed to help you connect with past versions of yourself, listen to your inner child's wisdom, and discover what they need to hear from you — and what you need to hear from them. We close with oracle card wisdom and time for tea and aftercare.

Please bring a physical photograph of your child self — this will be part of our practice together. We provide paper and pens, but you're welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer.

Ella Giljam — Cacao Guide
After over 10 years of working with specialty coffee, Ella discovered ceremonial cacao and was struck by how similar the journey from seed to cup truly is. Since 2021, she has been facilitating women's circles and ceremonies, holding space where women can slow down, connect, and come home to themselves.

Andjela — Workshop Guide
Andjela is a third culture writer and performer based in Amsterdam. She organizes cultural events and writing workshops and believes that everybody gets to be creative. She is also a cacao facilitator and loves to combine it with a creative practice, especially with fellow sisters. Find more of her work on Substack @thebipolargirlnextdoor.
