Tijdens deze ceremonie is er namelijk de mogelijkheid om een hero dose (25-40 gram truffels) te nemen. Als je hier interesse in hebt, kun je dit vooraf aangeven in het intakeformulier, zodat we hier zorgvuldig rekening mee kunnen houden

Polarny neemt je mee op een muzikale reis die niet begint bij je oren
maar bij iets ouders, iets wat al in je zit voordat je er een naam voor
hebt. Hij draait niet om te entertainen, hij beweegt als een sound
traveler door lagen van klank en stilte, van spanning en overgave. Met
roots aan de cacao-kust van Brazilië weeft hij Afro-indigenous ritmes
samen met elektronische texturen tot een hypnotische stroom die je
lichaam zachte maar onmiskenbare aanwijzingen geeft: zak, open,
herinner.

Van jungle gatherings tot stadslichten, van diepe stilte tot pure
extase. Zijn muziek raakt iets oers in je. Iets wat je niet hoeft te
begrijpen om het te herkennen. Je hoeft het alleen maar te laten
gebeuren.

Tijdens deze ceremonie is muziek geen achtergrond. Het is een gids die
je helpt voelen wat je al een tijdje voor je uitschuift, die je helpt
loslaten wat je onbewust blijft vasthouden, en die je laag voor laag
terugbrengt naar jezelf. Want beweging en muziek zijn medicijn. Ritme is
geen geluid, het is een taal die jouw lichaam al spreekt lang voordat
jij dat wist.

Je wordt begeleid door Jessica Frijling en Wendy van der Vecht . Zacht waar het kan, helder waar
nodig, veilig, stevig en gegrond en volledig afgestemd op wat jouw
proces vraagt.

Innerlijke reis onder professionele begeleiding met magische truffels.
Een truffel geeft een aardende energie en kan inzichten geven over alles dat diep in jou al aanwezig is. Wie ben je in de kern? Welke richting mag je uit?

Een truffelreis zelf duurt zo’n 4-5 uur en heeft telkens een andere beleving. De dag zelf duurt langer omdat er een sharing en lichaamswerk bij wordt gefaciliteerd. Dit plantmedicijn werkt doorgaans goed op het aanpakken van trauma’s, innerlijk kind stukken, zelfliefde, vrijheid (in alle facetten) en valse overtuigingen. Wanneer je de roep van de truffel voelt, mag je dankbaar zijn en ben je er klaar voor om aan te kijken wat de ceremonie voor je in petto heeft.

Polarny takes you on a musical journey that does not begin in your ears, but somewhere older. Something that already lives inside you before you even have words for it. He does not play music to entertain. He moves as a sound traveler through layers of sound and silence, tension and surrender. With roots on the cacao coast of Brazil, he weaves Afro-indigenous rhythms together with electronic textures into a hypnotic flow that gives your body soft yet undeniable instructions: soften, open, remember.

From jungle gatherings to city lights, from deep stillness to pure ecstasy. His music touches something primal within you. Something you do not need to understand in order to recognize. You only need to allow it.

During this ceremony, music is not background noise. It is a guide that helps you feel what you have been avoiding for some time, release what you unconsciously keep holding onto, and slowly return to yourself layer by layer. Because movement and music are medicine. Rhythm is not just sound. It is a language your body has spoken long before you knew how to name it.

You will be guided by Jessica Frijling and Wendy van der Vecht. Soft where possible, clear where needed, safe, grounded, and fully attuned to what your process asks for.

An inner journey under professional guidance with magical truffles. Truffles carry a grounding energy and can offer insights into everything that already lives deep within you. Who are you at your core? What direction is calling you?

The truffle journey itself lasts approximately 4–5 hours, and every experience is unique. The full day is longer because it also includes sharing circles and somatic bodywork. This plant medicine can support healing around trauma, inner child wounds, self-love, freedom in all its forms, and limiting beliefs. When you feel the call of the truffle, you may trust that something within you is ready to be seen, felt, and remembered.
