Welcome the beginning of summer with a soothing sound bath designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of inner spaciousness. This nurturing and relaxing experience invites you to slow down, unwind, and enter the season feeling refreshed, centered, and supported.

The session starts with a short breath-work and body scan meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing one-hour sound bath.
Enjoying homemade cake and tea included, held in a beautiful yoga studio in Amstelveen close to Amsterdam Zuid station.

Come as you are and leave feeling profoundly relaxed.

(Unfortunately with these conditions, a person can't participate the sound bath session)
• Neurological conditions (e.g. epilepsy, Parkinson)
• Severe heart condition (e.g. arrhythmias, heart disease, or other serious
cardiovascular problems)
• Metal implants (e.g. pacemaker, pins, artificial heart valves, or metal plates/pins)
• Medical devices inside the body
• Sound/Vestibular sensitivity
• Psychosis or related mental health concerns
• Pregnancy
