Leven in je Lijf introductory afternoon - English version

Over dit evenement

Leven in je Lijf - Feeling alive. Reconnect with yourself.

Your body has a language. Come and learn to listen.
- Do you often feel overwhelmed and long for more space and quiet?
- Are you frequently focused on what others think, and do you want to stay more connected to yourself?
- Do you find it hard to sense your boundaries or to speak up for them?

In this one-day workshop, we work in a body-oriented way. Not by talking about what's going on, but by experiencing it - through movement, breathwork and connection with others in the group.

No experience needed. Just curiosity. The language is English (not required to speak it fluently).
Facilitated by Sanne Eijken and Sharon Goldfarb.

Introductory afternoon - Sunday July 5th | 13:00–16:00 | €30
Come and see what comes alive in you. No commitment, just curiosity.
