🔥🪘🧡💃🕺🪘🧡🔥
Polarny is an award-winning DJ, producer and nomadic soul rooted on Brazil’s cacao coast. His sound blends Afro-indigenous rhythms with modern electronic textures, crafting hypnotic journeys built on flow, contrast and carefully guided transitions — moving dancefloors through waves of intensity, release and connection. From Tokyo to New York, Rio to Berlin, his path flows through jungle gatherings, desert temples and glowing cityscapes — uniting cultures through a heartbeat shared in motion. As a true Sound Traveler, he invites others not just to dance, but to remember: movement is medicine, rhythm a language, and music a bridge back to self.
Dansers welkom vanaf 19u30.
* Deur en kassa zijn open tussen 19u30 en 20u15. Daarna gaat het dicht. Gelieve dus op tijd te komen.
20:20 Start Ecstatic Dance muzikale reis met POLARNY
On the cacao-scented coast of Bahia, Brazil – where the Atlantic tide hums in rhythm with the rainforest – lives Polarny: a DJ, producer and modern-day nomad who trades in vibrations instead of borders. Born in Warsaw, raised by sound and shaped by countless journeys across continents, his life is a living mixtape of cultures, stories and shared heartbeat.
An award-winning artist (Ninja Tune x Dubspot NYC), Polarny doesn’t just play music – he creates space. He is known for his ability to shift energy in the room — from stillness to intensity, from chaos to connection — using precise transitions as a storytelling tool. His sets are emotional arcs disguised as dance parties, where tribal grooves, tropical textures and organic vibes guide people inward while moving them outward. Think less setlist, more soul map.
From the deep flow of Ecstatic Dance to the untamed wildness of Burning Man, and the intimacy of mountaintop gatherings, his work lives where ritual meets celebration. From Tokyo to Rio, New York to Berlin, his sonic path winds through jungle gatherings, desert temples and glowing cityscapes — braiding cultures and continents through a heartbeat shared in rhythm.
As a true Sound Traveler — artist, label founder and connector — Polarny moves through a global web of collaborators, weaving music, movement and cultural exchange into experiences that echo far beyond the dance floor. What drives him? A simple belief: that joy shared sincerely can shift the world. That dancing together is one of the most human things we can do. And that sometimes, one beat is all it takes to remember who you are.
22:30 Samenkomen in de eindcirkel.
