Who is this class for?

For those who are tired of doing and needing to be more—and simply want to just BE more.

Who want to start their Sunday with a peaceful yoga session that helps relax, reenergize and reconnect with yourself.

This class isn’t about becoming more flexible, doing it “right,” or trying to relax harder. It’s about arriving in the moment, tuning into your breath, and feeling that you are already enough - and simply just enjoying your self. :)

No experience needed—this class is open to all levels. You just need to bring yourself, comfortable, weather appropriate clothes, a yoga mat, water and an open mind.

The class is held in ENGLISH.
