You've been to a cuddle workshop before. You know how it feels to slow down, to tune in, to navigate touch with care and presence. You've practiced your yes and your no. And maybe you've found yourself wondering: what would it feel like to take all of that into a freer space?

On Thursday evening July 16th, that's exactly what we're offering.

🫧 What is a Cuddle Jam? 🫧

A Cuddle Jam with Open Space is a next step after a cuddle workshop. The evening begins with a shorter guided session, where we arrive together, drop into our bodies and reconnect with the foundations of conscious touch. After a short break, the space opens up.

In the open space, there is no programme, no next exercise. Just you, the room, and the people in it. Based on consent and genuine connection, you're free to cuddle, rest, and simply be. You choose what you want, with whom, and for how long. The open space is held with care, and our assistants are present to support you if you need it.

This is what it can look like to bring conscious touch into life beyond the workshop.

🫧 What to expect 🫧

The evening opens with time to arrive and settle. We move through a guided session that builds gently toward connection, and then we transition, slowly and naturally, into the open space. Mattresses, cushions, warm lighting, good company. A place to sink in, soften, and melt at your own pace.

Your 'yes' and your 'no' are always welcome here. Clear communication is at the heart of how this space works, and we return to that throughout the evening.

🫧 Who is this for? 🫧

This evening is for people who have attended at least one cuddle workshop before, ideally more. You feel reasonably at home with the basics of consent and conscious touch, and you're ready to explore what emerges when there's more freedom and less structure.

Whether you're coming to deepen connection, enjoy some warmth, or simply see what the open space brings you, you're welcome here. Open to all genders, 18+.

🫧 About Tessa Anna 🫧

Tessa Anna is a dedicated facilitator of workshops in cuddling and conscious touch. She creates warm, trustworthy spaces where you can slow down, listen to your body, and discover what touch means to you in an honest and loving atmosphere. Her work is rooted in consent, the nervous system, and neurodiversity, with a deep respect for each person's pace. She meets everyone with openness and presence, welcoming you exactly as you are.
