Letting the Light In | An Evening of Sisterhood & Presence

The light is here, the energy is rising.
As the days grow longer, the energy around us moves outward. While this can be a season of enthusiasm, it can also feel challenging to stay centered. Whether you are feeling radiant or searching for your center, this is a space to show up for yourself — practicing to let the light flow through while staying fully grounded in your body. Holding yourself in all that you are — in your light — and experience the aliveness coming from within.

Flow of the evening
To fully arrive and create a cozy bubble, we start the circle with a grounding meditation. After a moment of sharing, we drop deeper into our bodies through easy movement and soft breathing. Know that all of you is welcome in this space — every part of you is invited.

From this grounded place, we meet our sisters. Through several guided 1-on-1 practices, you’ll explore what wants to move through and bring it into expression while being supported in sisterhood. When women come together with open hearts, layers soften & life flows exactly where it is needed.

We close the circle with our voices. Sabine will guide us with her beautiful voice & her harmonium into a mantra to seal and integrate the evening.

This is an intimate circle for a maximum of 10 women.
Some experience with meditation or yoga is helpful but not required.

When you arrive, Sabine will welcome you and show you around the space. Wear something you can move freely in and feel good in — whether that's comfy or shiny or something else. Tea and nourishing snacks will be waiting for you.
