Partnering Movement Lab Trajectory - 6 playful sessions

Over dit evenement

In the 6 sessions of this Movement Lab Trajectory you explore new approaches to moving and making contact with your body. The topic of this trajectory is partnering: moving together with and without touch. Each session we explore partnering from a different perspective.

Week 1: moving your body
Week 2: moving into space
Week 3: moving with the floor
Week 4: sharing weight 1
Week 5: sharing weight 2
Week 6: playing with rhythm

All sessions are infused with classic Explore elements that help you ground and release tension, like shaking and self-massage. Like this, your moving can come from a place of playfulness and curiosity.

To make sure we get the chance to deepen our understanding and expand our movement vocabulary together, all the sessions build onto each. It is, therefore, only possible to join the trajectory as a whole.
