SOUND & SOMATICS SESSION

with Natasha Stark

Recalibrate your nervous system. Return to your body. Release what you’ve been holding.

This 1,5-hour Sound & Somatics session blends somatic movement, music, guided body awareness, and immersive sound therapy to gently unwind stored stress and emotional tension.

We begin by slowing the mind and grounding into the body through breath and subtle movement. As the nervous system softens, guided somatic practices support the release of patterns of holding and reconnect you with your natural rhythm and intuition.

From there, the session moves into a restorative sound journey using therapeutic instruments and carefully chosen frequencies. Sound guides you into deep rest, integration and energetic reset.

You may experience emotional release, clarity, deep relaxation, or simply the feeling of coming home to yourself.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

This session is especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or if you’re simply seeking deeper balance and renewal.

Please arrive on time so we can settle and begin together. Once the session has started, the doors will be closed to honour the shared space.

∞ Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.

Natasha Stark is a qualified Sound and Somatic Therapist and a classically trained singer. She works at the intersection of voice, vibration, and embodied awareness, creating grounded and spacious experiences that support nervous system regulation, release and reconnection.
