Quality time for yourself feels like a luxury?
If you're always busy with others and end up not having space for you, welcome.

A room for yourself is a 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 for those juggling with way too many thoughts, responsibilities and tasks. Born from the realisation that many of us tend to prioritise our to-do list and end up postponing a time to just be, clear out the mind and drop the multitasking.

If April feels already exhausting, imagine running a no-break ride till june.
That's a horror movie. Get yourself a creative, regenerative and inspiring space to unwind, zoom out and process all what's going on to feel relief and renewed curiosity towards yourself.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼?
A brief check in, a creative personal development activity, closing with a practical integration.
The event will be interactive and highly participative, no boring calls around here. It's not a webinar but an atelier.

Each session has a different theme
⊙ 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟: 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳
How many roles do we have in life? (entrepreneur, wife, daughter, friend...)
How do they shape us and in which situations they get activated?

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁
· We'll create a room for ourselves, a metaphor of an internal living space free of roles and responsibilities, where you can just be home
· a creative tool you can always come back to
· time to unwind, calm down and get out of your head

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
Your favourite art tool. You might decide to paint, do collage, draw, craft, sculpt.
Don't know where to start? Try collage; any form can be adapted based on your individual preference.

Take your time, take your space.
No experience needed.
Just you and a room for yourself. 💛

𝑁𝘰𝑡𝘦: These sessions aims to be an accessible support system to get in touch with yourself.
It's not group therapy but an individual self-exploration held in a collective setting, come as you are.
