Introduction:
Are you ready to join us at the beautiful outdoor location, the Woldtuin?
Rapé is a plant medicine, traditionally used in tribes from South America.
Rapé opens up stuckness in your physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
My belief is that we are already complete as human beings. This journey will be about strengthening those positive qualities that you already possess. Rather than judging what "should" be different.
What will happen?:
Rapé can be an intense experience, releasing toxins from the body and the soul. The invitation is to release through any means: dancing, shaking, crying, vomiting, shouting, or making any sounds that need to come out of the body. Or you might just feel really peaceful. Whatever the body needs will happen.
During the rituals, there will be live drums so you can deepen even more in your body.
Theme:
The theme of the day will be WHOLENESS. We will make use of the concept of the four elements (earth, water, air, and fire) to hopefully make us feel whole and harmonious by the end of the day. Every facilitator/spaceholder will bring in their own unique set of skills to explore this theme.
During the day Marleen will guide a light breathwork session with cacao for you, and Desirée will guide you in a contact beyond contact dance. The activities will allow us to reconnect to our bodies, the four elements, and the beautiful people/souls around us who are attending. In between, Hauke and Marleen will sing beautiful songs to calm our nervous system. We will end the day together with a little bonfire and a potluck.

About Man of Iron Retreats:
My name is Jeroen Eefting. My aim is to put people back in their own power. So you can make firm decisions, feel you are respected and know there is nothing wrong with you.
My journey with plant medicine started four years ago in the rainforest of Peru. There I've been learning the path of Shamanism from my Maestro Bruno. Since then I have been developing my skills as a facilitator through dietas in the rainforest, a tantra year training at School of Shakti and organizing events with rapé and cacao.

This ritual is a PILOT!
Photos can be taken for promotional purposes. These will only be distributed with your permission. This is a guarantee that we want to give you so that you feel safe in the vulnerable state in which we want to guide you.
You're not allowed to participate in a Rapé ritual:
- during pregnancy &/or breastfeeding
- high/low blood pressure
- heart complaints
- thyroid disorders
- kidney diseases
- depression
- nervousness
- MAO inhibitors and other medicines
if you have other physical or mental complaints, you should discuss this with your therapist or general practitioner.
The responsibility is and remains your own.
We'll also send you a question list to answer, in this way we make sure it's totally safe for you to participate in the ritual.
The day before the Rapé ceremony you are not allowed to use alcohol or hard drugs. Come to the ritual with clean a system (body). Respect the medicines.
Cancellation Policy.
When canceling > 48 hours, the participant is entitled to a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours, the participant will not receive a refund.
Participant declares to agree with these terms and conditions when purchasing a ticket.
