🌸 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 & 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 🌸
A nourishing, safe, supportive space to explore sensuality, awaken the senses, and soften into the body under the energy of the recent full moon 🌕

The morning is inspired by Kundalini Yoga and includes:
✦ Sensual Yoga,
✦ Breathwork,
✦ Sound healing,
✦ Mantra Chanting,
✦ Moving Meditations (Celestial Communications),
✦ Sharing Experiences from the heart
✦ And more...

In this circle, we honor confidentiality and create a space free of judgment, analysis, advice or opinions (unless requested). Here, every woman is welcome exactly as she is. Sharing is optional: you are welcome to simply listen, receive and be present.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
✦ Language: Dutch & English if needed
✦ Suitable for: all levels
✦ Bring: yoga mat, blanket (and meditation pillow)
✦ Provided: park view, normal pillows and we will usually close with tea and light snacks
✦ Provided on request: blanket, yoga mat, meditation pillow
✦ Arrival: doors open 15 min before session
