Spring Reset: A Drum Journey is a 2-hour guided experience to clear mental clutter, reconnect with your inner compass, and strengthen your intentions for the season ahead.
We’ll begin with gentle movement, enter a shamanic drum journey, and close with a grounded sharing circle — leaving you clearer, steadier, and ready for aligned action.

What to Expect:
​​​✨ A safe and welcoming space for self-expression
​​​✨ Guided drum meditation to deepen your connection with your intentions
​​​✨ Comfortable yoga mats and/or chairs, pillows, water, and tea provided
​​​✨ Warm and friendly hosts to support your experience
​​​​✨Before the drum guided meditation, we will have guided dance meditation

​​​🔹 Tip: Eat light before the event to enhance your comfort and focus.

​​​What to Bring:
​​​✔ Comfortable and warm clothing. Dress in layers.
​​​✔ A large scarf or light blanket for extra coziness
​​​✔ Warm socks
​​​✔ Eye-cover (optional)

How to find us: Walk to the end of the corridor. Go up to the 2nd floor.
